When the hail started dropping in Southern Colorado this morning about 1 AM, one man thought Ft. Carson was out performing war games. Another reported that the hail sounded like baseballs hitting the roof, and woke her up immediately.

It’s summer, Colorado. I love the smell of sprinklers in the morning! Green lawns are soft underfoot, are a great place for children to play, and make summer memories for your family. But as with everything in life, good things take some work.
Colorado lawns took a hit this year with our dry winter. Many lawns are showing drought stress, so we all need to act quickly to make sure we save our wonderful family spaces.
When they’re happy, you’re happy
Have a rental home? If you do, then you know how crucial it is to find tenants. If your property sits empty, you’re not getting the profit you want.
And then there’s the ones you wish you hadn’t found! A bad tenant can cost you a lot of time and money. If they don’t keep up your property, it loses it’s value. In the worst case, they can even cause damage to your property.
Paying their rent late or not at all means you lose money. Or what if they break their lease, or you find out they’re using your property for illegal purposes, and you have to evict them?
Are you prepared for all of these tenant issues?
