Total Residential Sales: 1,443

This number is up 4.8% since last year, for the first time in awhile. Last year it was 1,376.

Total Active Listings: 659

This is up 26.7% from last year, when it was 530.

Total Under Contract: 2,412

This is 15.5% less than last year, when it was 2,854.

Median Price of Home: $450,000

Up 18.4% from last year, when it was $379,999.

Average Price of Home: $505,852

This is up 15.7% from last year, when it was $437,635.

Note: The median home price is the most common sales price of all the homes sold in December 2021. The average sales price is the combined average of all sold properties for the same period.

Average Days on Market: 16

Homes are selling faster than last year, when it took 19 days to sell a home. A change that reflects a seller’s market.

YTD Total Sales: 18,159
