This number is up 146 from last year. Homes are in demand!

Total Homes for Sale: 1,233

This is up 40 homes from February of 2017.

Median Price of Home: $292,470

Still rising, up from $255,000 last year at this time. As home prices rise, the market needs more rental homes.

Average Days on Market: 40

This is about the same as last year, where DoM was 41.

Summary

Home prices are high. Homes are selling faster. There are just not enough homes in the price range most people want in the PPAR region.
