Total Residential Sales: 1,015

This number is up 3.5% since last year, when it was 981.

Total Active Listings: 487

This is up 5.4% from last year, when it was 462.

Total Under Contract: 2,073

This is 5.3% less than last year, when it was 2,180.

Median Price of Home: $465,000

Up 15.4% from last year, when it was $403,000.

Average Price of Home: $514,757

This is up 12.9% from last year, when it was $454,899.
