Still rising, up from $268,000 last year (10.7%) in March. As home prices rise, the market needs more rental homes.
Average Days on Market: 28
This is down significantly last year, where DoM was 36. This means homes are being sold quickly!
Summary
Home prices are high. Homes are selling faster. There are just not enough homes in the price range most people want in the PPAR region. The market is about to heat up for summer!
